A multidisciplinary consulting firm, rooted in Lao PDR
Specity Solutions Consulting Co., Ltd. (SSC) is headquartered in Vientiane Capital, Lao PDR, delivering international-standard advisory, engineering and project management services across the development and infrastructure spectrum.
While firmly rooted in Lao PDR, SSC positions itself as a regional consulting partner of choice — operating with globally aligned quality assurance systems, robust project governance, and management practices aligned with international consultancy standards.
That combination is deliberate. Development programmes succeed or fail on the quality of local delivery: on whether survey data is reliable, whether safeguards are genuinely implemented, whether a counterpart ministry is left able to operate what has been built. We provide the national capability that makes international designs work, and the management discipline that keeps them accountable.
